Request for use of university facilities

PLAN AHEAD, ALLOW TWO WEEKS FOR PROCESSING.

General administrative guidelines

**For-profit events–minimum commercial rates apply, plus the cost of any additional facilities/security services. Additionally, 欧洲杯下注软件 collects 20% of the box office receipts.

Process for Requesting a Facility

Scheduling

Cancellation

Termination

No Waiver of Facilities Usage Fees

Fire Code Regulations

  • Maintain all egress corridors in a safe condition, available for immediate utilization and free of all obstructions.

  • 确保火灾探测系统不被任何障碍物堵塞.  Detection devices include fire alarm pull stations, fire alarm strobes, hose connections, safety showers, eyewashes, and other emergency response equipment.
